ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Tabitha Lynn Cassidy. Currently, I am a primary market research principle with Gartner Inc. where I help industry experts develop research. In this role, I lead global research teams in developing questionnaires, analyzing data, and producing comprehensive data visualization for easy understanding of complex topics. I am also an adjunct professor at Liberty University where I teach graduate courses in communication and research.
I have 10+ years of experience in research, 8 years in leadership, and many years of experience in advertising, media, publishing, journalism and education.
My PhD in Communication Studies from Wayne State University allowed me to become an expert in the field of media research, including consumer behaviors, aptitudes, beliefs and action. As a mixed-methods scholar, I conduct research using both qualitative and quantitative measures, including multivariate analysis.
In my current role with Gartner Inc., I am responsible for a variety of tasks, including data analysis, questionnaire development, insights analysis, and team collaboration. While my primary role is with the IT leadership team, I also help out with Supply Chain research.
